Submit a Project

Small Change Fund is a crowd-funding platform which aims to help your project get access to individual donors across Canada. We believe in the power of people coming together to do good, and that their small change can, and will, make a big difference to you.

Who can apply?
For now, we can only accept proposals from registered grassroots charities or registered Aboriginal bands in Canada. If you would like to discuss submitting a project but feel that you don’t meet this criteria, please contact info@smallchangefund.org.

What types of projects can be submitted?
At this time, we are accepting proposals for projects which impact our environment and projects with a focus on First Nations, Inuit, and Metis peoples.

A few tips
To help make your proposal a success you should know a few things:

Submitting a form is not a guarantee that a project will be posted on www.smallchangefund.org or that a project will be funded
We can’t post all project submissions but we will post all those that our advisors feel are timely, compelling, and consistent with our focus on our environment and projects with a focus on First Nations, Inuit, and Metis peoples.
Please submit just one proposal. If you send in more than one we will simply review the one we receive first

We will contact you to let you know if your submission has been successful or not. If your project is posted, start to think about how you can help make your posting a success. If your project does not get posted, don’t be discouraged. You call always try again.

We have an open submission process, and do not currently have any hard deadlines.
